These stunning liners will dry to a matte finish and will not budge or transfer! The bright collection liners are also UV reactive, meaning that they will glow under a UV lamp/backlight.

Our Bright Water Liners are in stunning 5g jars.

HOW TO USE:

Add a small amount of water to the lid of the product, dip the brush into the water and then begin activating the product with the wet brush by mixing it well until a thick consistency is achieved.
